Why Performance Therapy?

How is Therapy Driven?
This therapy starts with a very potent and relevant project
designed after meeting with the stake holders and going
deep inside the expectations of management and decision
makers. Next step is the meet the participants through
seasons psychologists and lock the profile of the participants
to ensure customization of tasks, and activities given to
him/her. Once the project is designed the actual training
begins with the brief of the project. So that the participants
would clearly keep the end in mind and know why and how
the training will enable performance at work. During this
training all details of the project and all relevant tools are
handed over for performance enablement. These projects
are designed keeping in view the job descriptions and are
made from their core job and for their job. It is ensured that
the participants are performing their core job while they
complete the projects.
When does Therapy begin?
After the first phase of the project deployment,
performance based clusters are made from the group of
participants and segregation is done not through numbers
alone. The panel of evaluators determines the cause of
weak areas even for top performance. Both the clusters are
segregated and are handed over to the therapists for one
on one engagement. Psychological profiling and counselling
is done to both the clusters however the top performers of
the projects with evident strengths are awarded the cross
industry exposure and counselling through industry leaders
already abreast of these projects and details.
Source Code shall be engaged in profiling, training, project evaluation,counselling, panel counselling post project evaluations etc. So its not a one day class room activity that the participant goes through. The trainers and the counselors once selected and appointed to a group, accompany the participants throughout the program until performance lifts off.
